1 DAY INTRO LEVEL (BEGINNER)

Program Content

The introductory diving program (Intro diving) is open to everyone who visits Hurghada and is interested in scuba diving. What is intro diving? It is scuba diving for beginners. No previous scuba diving experience is necessary and it is the best way to try scuba diving, before committing to a learn to PADI Open Water Diving course. The intro diving program allows you to scuba dive underwater, a great way to explore the underwater world of the Red Sea. Intro diving is also known as DSD (Discover Scuba Diving), because it is the first diving experience. On the diving boat, we will begin theoretical training. When safety and equipment briefings are complete, diving instructors will give an overview of the general knowledge of scuba diving, including some practical demonstrations on the basic skills you’ll need to complete when in the water.

On arrival at the first dive site, you will receive a wetsuit, and staff will show you how to put on your scuba gear and enter the water. Your diving instructor will be with you all the time. After entering the water, they will ensure you are comfortable and the mask is properly fitted. When ready, you can dive with a diving instructor to 1 meter underwater. Here stop, so you can practice breathing through the regulator and the practice of equalizing presure in the ears. You will practice your skills before taking a 20-minute dive with your instructor to explore spectacular coral reefs.. During the program Intro diving, the instructor will always monitor your depth, air supply, buoyancy, and comfort level.
